This is an update release and includes the following improvements:

Installation/Update

Spider Incident 4.0.560 is bundled with OperationsManager 4.7.2.

This release is bundled with OperationsManager 4.7.2 and cannot be updated standalone.

For a new installation install OperationsManager 4.7.0, then patch up to 4.7.2.

Search for current performer

Improved usability for selecting contacts, assigned agents and performers

The performer and contact selection has been improved. It is now possible to select contacts and/or performers just by typing.

Add Note: Allow to add additional users to be informed when a note to a ticket was added

When adding a note, it is now possible to notify additional users about the added note. Just make the note public and enter one or more e-mail addresses.

Dashboard: Watchlist dashlet

A new Watchlist dashlet has been added to the Dashboard.

Minor improvements

Add attachment directly on the attachments tab

Attachments can be added directly on the attachment tab (via Add Note). No need to navigate first to General or Messages.

Ticket Overview page: Keep expanded groups open after page reload


Expanded grouped tickets are not collapsed anymore if the page refreshes.

Reply by Mail: Priority

Allow to set E-Mail priority to high when replying by Mail.

Show status from splitted ticket

The status of splitted tickets is now displayed next to the ticket name.
