This is a patch release and includes the following new functions:

Spider Incident 4.0.541 is bundled with OperationsManager 4.6.2.

This release is bundled with OperationsManager 4.6.2 and cannot be updated standalone.

For a new installation first install the OperationsManager 4.6.0, then patch up to OperationsManager to 4.6.2.

New template variable for public permalink

A new template variable for permalink has been added. Use $ticket.urlPublic to add a public perma link to the ticket email templates

Other minor improvements

  • When viewing an Asset, it is added to the Recent Items list.
  • Asset Extended Attributes are now searchable on the Create Ticket page.
